Company owner and designer, Tobi Saunders, is an Architectural Design Professional and Color Strategist.
She provides exterior color packages for new and existing homes based on the architectural style. These color packages keep new construction current and refresh existing homes with new life. Tobi’s widespread knowledge about the science, psychology, & application of color ensure that builders have a comprehensive, yet easy-to-follow approach in bringing vibrancy and character to a community’s streetscape.
For commercial projects, she provides services in selecting exterior and interior color packages for new and existing commercial buildings, incorporating the client’s own branding. The result is an immediately recognizable building that helps to draw her clients’ target market.
Tobi is a licensed Realtor who studied the Psychology of Color at the International Association of Color Consultants, holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida, and is a member of NCARB, NAR and IACC-North America.
